“Maybe stories are just data with a soul” -Brene brown

I have 10 years of experience producing, writing and shooting award-winning wildlife television series and specials and I am currently a key creative voice, showrunner and Co-Executive Producer for the Emmy Award-Winning series Ocean Treks with Jeff Corwin. I was born with a true love of animals. At my first trip to the Bronx Zoo with my father at 6 months old, I was hooked. I have followed my passion for wildlife throughout my life and starting at the age of 18 became a zookeeper at that very same zoo, eventually landing my first job there right out of university with the Wildlife Conservation Society‘s Big Cat Conservation project. I have worked with some of the leading scientists and animal conservation experts in the world on projects including lemur programs in Madagascar, avian conservation in New York and African wild dog and black rhino research and re-introductions in South Africa. I have produced wildlife documentaries with National Geographic TV, including a three part series on North American wildlife, the Emmy Award-nominated documentary, War Elephants, with renowned elephant biologist, Joyce Poole and a two-part series on great apes with Jane Goodall. My expertise includes producing natural history and travel programming, heading up production teams as well as working with internal Executive Producers and external production companies to ensure the excellence of award-winning storytelling and to execute the content vision.
